Legislative Decree n. 212 of 15 December 2015, implementing EU Directive on protection of victims of crimes entered into force yesterday. The Decree amendments to the Italian Code of Criminal Procedure, ensuring that persons who have fallen victim of crime are recognised, treated with respect and receive proper protection, support and access to justice. Contribution to the Italian Action Plan on Business and Human Rights

It is now available the contribution drafted by Marta Bordignon and Giacomo Maria Cremonesi to the Italian Action Plan on Business and Human Rights.
