Associate Professor in International Law in the Law Faculty of the University of Milan, where she teaches the courses EU Law on Business and Human Rights and Sustainable Development in Global Trade (WTO) Law and the workshop Business and Human Rights in the Digital Era.

Barrister and Partner at Leigh Day’s international law department with over 17 years litigation experience. He specializes in international human rights and environmental litigation with a particular focus on group actions by claimants from the developing world.

Chair of the Global Business Initiative on Human Rights and is a Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
