FRANCESCA ANTONUCCI

Coordinator

Francesca recently completed a Master of Arts in International Studies with a thesis focused on integrating a gender perspective into corporate due diligence processes. Her research proposes an innovative model that promotes gender equality and helps mitigate the negative impacts of business activities on women and girls, offering practical and applicable solutions for companies.

From September to December 2023, she interned at Human Rights International Corner (HRIC), where she managed social media communication, provided administrative support, and contributed to the preparatory work for the Women7 consultations. Since January 2024, she has been serving as the association’s coordinator, overseeing internal coordination, managing social media channels, and editing the monthly newsletter. She also supported the organization of the 7th edition of the Business and Human Rights (BHR) Summer School, where she served as a classroom tutor.

Outside of work, Francesca is actively involved in volunteering and advocacy. She collaborates with organizations such as Amnesty International Italia, Orizzonti Politici, and the World Food Forum Italy Chapter, where she leads the Working Group on Gender Equality and Rural Women’s Empowerment.

A native Italian speaker, Francesca is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
