It is now available the comment to the Italian National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights 2016-2021 drafted by the HRIC co-founders, namely Marta Bordignon, Maria Francesca Cucchiara and Giacomo Maria Cremonesi.
The document points out strenghts and weaknesses of the Italian NAP, by focusing in particular on business liability and access to remedy for victims of corporate-related human rights violations.
