Justice Leaders Alliance (JLA) is HRIC’s international and intergenerational mentoring programme, designed for professionals working on business and human rights, sustainability, and social and environmental justice.
JLA is not a course. It is a one-to-one mentoring journey, with no geographical boundaries, grounded in dialogue, critical knowledge-sharing, and shared responsibility between mentor and mentee.
The programme will officially start in March 2026, but applications for Mentors and Mentees are already open.

Mentees are early-career professionals or individuals with a “mid-level” background who are not yet in senior positions.
For the first edition, we have also reserved 10 mentee spots for candidates from rural areas, low-income economies, and Indigenous communities, as part of our commitment to equitable access to mentoring opportunities.
