E' stato pubblicato da poco un documento (in inglese) redatto dal Governo dell'Ecuador che racchiude gli elementi essenziali che dovrebbero essere poi contenuti nello strumento internazionale giuridicamente vincolante e che verrà discusso alla terza sessione del Gruppo di Lavoro Intergovernativo dal 23 al 27 ottobre p.v. a Ginevra.
Just relased the document containing the elements and the main principles to be addressed by the proposed international legally binding instrument on Business and Human Rights. The document will be discusse during the upcoming 3rd session of the IGWG in Geneva from 23 to 27 October 2017.
