EU Council Conclusions on Business and Human Rights

The EU Council adopted on June 201, 2016 conclusions on business and human rights on the fifth anniversary of the adoption of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), reaffirming the EU active engagement to prevent violations and ensure access to remedy for victims.
