According to the provisions of the EU Directive No. 95/2014 about 250 Italian Public Interest Entities (e.g. enterprises, banks and insurance companies) will be involved in the implementation of the EU Directive on Non-Financial Reportingwithin the Italian legal system. The process will be divided in three main phases, namely: (i) the establishment of a working group composed by the public institutions' involved; (ii) bilateral meetings and public events organized by the Government and aimed at engaging the relevant stakeholders; (iii) a public consultation with all the involved stakeholders.
