The UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office published on May 12 the revised and updated National Action Plan (NAP) on Business and Human Rights.
The document reaffirms the UK’s commitment to the implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, already expressed through the first version of the NAP released in September 2013. Futhermore, the NAP sets out the Government expectation that UK businesses will act responsibly and in accordance with the UNGPs, wherever they operate.
